Single Refund Limit per Customer:
Refunds are restricted to one per customer. This means that if you have purchased multiple services or signed up multiple times, you will not qualify for multiple refunds. Each customer is only eligible for one refund regardless of the number of services or products they have purchased.
No Refunds for TOS Violations:
Refunds will not be granted for accounts closed due to violations of our Terms of Service (TOS). If your account is found to be in breach of our policies, leading to suspension or termination, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure compliance with our TOS to avoid such situations.
Non-Refundable Product Upgrades/Downgrades:
Any changes you make to upgrade or downgrade your existing products are not eligible for refunds. The responsibility for these actions lies with the user, so please make sure to carefully consider your decision before upgrading or downgrading your services.
VPS Products Are Non-Refundable:
Virtual Private Server (VPS) products are strictly non-refundable. Once a VPS product is purchased, no refunds will be processed. This includes both one-time and subscription-based VPS purchases.
Domain-Related Services Are Non-Refundable:
Fees related to domain services, including domain registration, renewal, and transfer, are non-refundable. Once a domain service is purchased, it cannot be refunded due to the nature of domain provisioning and registration processes, which are finalized upon transaction.
No Refunds for Additional Products Ordered Alongside Existing Products:
If you already have an active product or service and you order a new one, no refunds will be offered for the additional product. However, a 10-day credit-back guarantee is provided for new products, meaning you can request a credit back within 10 days of the purchase if you are dissatisfied, but this is not a full refund.
Non-Refundable Services:
Several services are excluded from refunds, including:
- Installation fees
- VPS services
- Dedicated servers
- SSL certificates
- Domain-related services (registration, renewal, transfer)
- Add-ons such as dedicated IP addresses
- Hosting renewals
- Domain names and licenses
- Custom software installs
These services involve administrative, operational, or third-party costs that are non-reversible, which is why refunds are not provided for them.
No Refunds for Unfounded Complaints:
If our team investigates your hosting plan and does not find any legitimate issues or faults from our side, no refund will be granted. We recommend that you fully investigate your own setup before contacting our support team to ensure that the issue is not caused by user error or external factors.
No Refunds for Service Migration Requests:
If you request to migrate your services from another server, no refunds will be provided. Migration involves administrative tasks that require time and effort, and therefore, these tasks are non-refundable.
Refund Process and Timing:
To obtain a refund, you must submit a cancellation request from the client area and open a support ticket. The refund request will be reviewed and processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please ensure that your cancellation request includes all the necessary information to avoid any delays in the processing.
