Refund Policy:

General Terms:
All prices can be reviewed at https://www.hostilaka.com at any time.
The acceptable payment method for services is provided on the official website.
All payment invoices are generated 7 days before payment is due. Failure to pay by the due date will result in suspended and, ultimately, terminated service. Late payments are subject to a payable late fee.
Subscription-based payments can be canceled at any time, but refunds/credits are not applicable after 7 days.
As a registered customer of Host Ilan, you agree to receive emails promoting any special offer(s), including third-party offers. You may unsubscribe from newsletters by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any newsletter we've sent. For your convenience, all information provided during registration with Host Ilan is subject to the Host Ilan Privacy Policy.
If a product includes free migration, it can be done only on the same platform, such as cPanel to cPanel or Plesk to Plesk. We do not provide free migration for different platforms (e.g., Plesk to cPanel).

Fund/Credit Balance:
No refunds will be issued after funds are added to the Host Ilaka wallet (Credit Balance).
Refunds provided into the Host Ilan wallet are non-refundable.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e., multiple services or multiple signups do not qualify).
  • Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for TOS violations.
  • Upgrades or downgrades of existing products will not be refunded. The user is responsible for these actions.
  • VPS products are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not granted on Domain Registration/Renewal/Transfer.
  • For new products ordered while an existing product is active, no refunds apply. Only a 10-day credit-back guarantee is offered.
  • There is no refund for installation fees, VPS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, Domain Registration/Renewal/Transfer, Add-ons (Dedicated IP), Hosting Renewals, Domain names, licenses, or custom software installs.
  • No refunds will be made if our team does not find any issues with your hosting plan from our side.
  • No refunds will be given if the customer requests a service migration from other servers, as administrative work is required.
  • To obtain a refund, the customer must submit a cancellation request from the client area and open a ticket. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Domain Registration:
The client is responsible for verifying whether a domain registration is successful. Rarely, under unfortunate circumstances, domain registration may fail due to software or network errors. If any issues arise, the client must notify Host Ilan within 7 working days by emailing [email protected]. Host Ilan accepts no liability for the loss of any domain that fails to register due to invalid or insufficient information, late payments, or technical faults beyond our control.

Backups & Recovery:
Free backup is a complimentary service, and data backup is fully automated. Data will only be available if a backup is stored on our server.
Accounts larger than 15GB will not be included in backups.
Host Ilan is not responsible for files or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for all files and data transferred and to maintain appropriate backups. Backup rotation is weekly, with up to 4 backup retentions.

Disk Space:
At least 90% of your web pages (ASP, PHP, HTML, etc.) must be linked to files (.GIF, .JPEG, etc.) stored on our server. Websites containing no HTML documents or large numbers of unlinked files are subject to deletion or account cancellation without notice. Downloading sites for media (e.g., music, movies, software) is prohibited on Linux shared hosting and Linux reseller hosting plans.

Mailing Policy and Limits:
Sending bulk emails is not allowed on our servers. Each cPanel account is limited to 100 emails. Accounts found to be spamming will be suspended without notice (shared and reseller hosting).

Prohibited Content:

  • IRC-related content
  • Proxy scripts
  • Media downloading sites (music, movies, software, etc.)
  • Torrent-related content
  • Background processes on shared servers
  • Warez, hacking tools, and exploits
  • Sites promoting illegal activities
  • Hacking-focused sites
  • Video/music streaming on Linux shared hosting and Linux reseller hosting
  • IP scanners
  • Customers cannot register domain names that are registered trademarks of other companies (e.g., amazonaffiliates.in, delllaptop.in, etc.). Domains with pornographic content are also prohibited. We reserve the right to delete such domains or suspend accounts without refunds.

Copyright Violations:
Accounts found to be in violation of another's copyright will be expeditiously removed or have access disabled. Repeated violations will result in account suspension or termination.

Backup Storage:
Customers are prohibited from using our hosting space as storage for backups. If backups are stored in your account, they will be removed. Customers are responsible for keeping their accounts up to date and secure. Host Ilan does not take responsibility for hacked, malware-attacked, or compromised accounts. Customers should maintain their own backups.

Reactivation Fee:
In cases where services are suspended due to malware, phishing, or prohibited content, a reactivation fee of Rs. 3000 INR applies. No rebates will be granted for reactivation fees.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective and binding on you, so please review them frequently. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use or access the services.
